On Thursday, March 26, Senator Jeff Klein announced that $18,000 from Project BOOST will be used for funding P.S. 175 City Island at P.S. 175’s annual spring card party. More than 200 local parents and school and school administrators were present when Klein made his announcement, and also stated that he has secured more than $700,000 for Bronx schools.
