Legal decisions can be very difficult and that's why I am writing this review. In my search for a a real estate attorney I found one in Queens, NY that offered the closing for $595. However, Robert Aronov & Associates, PC had a great legal portfolio of real estate closings and seemed better for the job despite the fact it would cost me about $100.00 more. The service is worth it because he does it all from drafting the contract to the title and lien searches. I would recommend this law firm to anyone in the five boroughs. These NYC real estate lawyers are conveniently located in 6 different offices. If your purchase property is in Queens but you work in NYC this make things convenient since you have multiple offices to stop into and deal with paperwork and the such. The secretaries are also very nice and patient. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because it was not the cheapest quote. At the end of the day though you only buy a home once and I did not want to take any risks. The small chance of having to go to court because of a faulty legal contract and spend thousands on attorney fees is not worth saving a few hundred bucks.
