I own an apartment in Brooklyn and needed to determine the cost and efficacy of remodeling the entire unit. Because I live out of state, I relied on reviews and subsequent contractor meetings at the apartment. I set my budget and the extent of the remodeling project. When I concluded with DCON, I was extremely satisfied with the work ethic, the recommendations and the cost. I was exceptionally pleased that my service as veteran was taken into consideration in the overall cost. I proceeded with DCON on project that included full renovations for two bathrooms, a completed remodeled kitchen with exceptional cabinets, installation of top hat lighting and fans, installation of new doors throughout, painting of all walls and ceilings, replacement of floor heating elements, installation of TVS, and a complete wall cabinet unit. This occurred three years ago and I still thank David at DCON for how impressive my unit looks. This service didn't stop when the project was completed. I had some additional projects that surfaced during the renovation and David accommodated these requests. Working with DCON on tile, paint, light and plumbing fixtures, shower fixtures and fans was a pleasure. I didn't think I was being overpriced. Even today, DCON has accommodated touch up work due to pets and some internal building issues. DCON has my hearty endorsement for full remodeling projects.
