I am a registered architect and have worked with Aarco Contracting since 2018 on several facade and roof rehabilitation projects in New York City, including an outstanding project on Wooster Street. Ali, the owner, is attentive and highly communicative. The quality of work has been evident throughout, and whenever issues arose, they were addressed promptly. I would recommend Aarco Contracting for future exterior envelope projects.

We were very glad to have hired Aarco Contracting. The exterior work they completed—including brickwork, facade restoration, parapet wall reconstruction, and roofing—was excellent. We asked them to recreate the original decorative design of the front parapet walls, and they delivered a precise and well-executed result. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the project. Ali Anwar provided thoughtful guidance that balanced practical, aesthetic, and financial considerations. Given the scale of the project—our 60-unit brick apartment building, built in 1929 and never previously pointed—there were very few final touch-ups. Communication was consistent, calls were returned promptly, and the DOB sign-off process was straightforward. We would gladly hire Aarco again.
