Root your feet in the grass and look out upon the vistas as you enjoy a gentle yoga class led by Susie Caramanica. All levels welcome. This is a beginner-level class that can be modified. Class is usually held on the lawn and is accessible via flat paved paths. Occasionally, the location may change due to other activity on the grounds. The instructor uses a portable speaker. Moves indoors in case of inclement weather; some indoor spaces are accessible only by stairs. If you have any injuries or restrictions, please let the instructor know before class.

Help preserve vital habitat along the river by planting native trees in the Bronx River Forest! Find our team at the Burke Avenue Bridge located inside the Bronx River Forest on Thursday, May 29th from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please wear protective clothing that can get dirty (long pants and closed toed shoes) and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. All planting materials and equipment will be provided.
