The 47th Precinct Community Council hosted its ‘Halloween Spooktacular and Pumpkinfest’ event on Thursday, October 31. Attendees dressed in their costumes, enjoyed popcorn, cotton candy and fun Halloween-themed activities such as pumpkin designing.
