In honor of the 18th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the Hutchinson Metro Center hosted its annual ‘Freedom is Not Free’ 9/11 memorial on Friday, September 13 at 1776 Eastchester Road. The ceremony was held at a memorial featuring a steel beam from the ruins of the World Trade Center donated by the Port Authority of New York and the New Jersey Policemen’s Benevolent Association.

FDNY members bowed their heads during a moment of silence.
Port Authority Police NY & NJ attended the heartfelt ceremony.
