Assemblyman Michael Benedetto, Councilman Mark Gjonaj and Senator Jeff Klein co-hosted a Ragamuffin Carnival and Costume Contest on Saturday, November 24 at Preston High School. This event was the make up of the annual Throggs Neck Halloween Parade that was cancelled due to inclimate weather. This year’s festivities included face painting, spin art, music, games, bouncy houses, raffles and a Build-A-Bear Costume Contest!
