The Bronx Chamber of Commerce toasted several distinguished honorees at its ninth annual Hispanic Heritage Luncheon on Thursday, September 27 at Havana Café. This year’s honorees included Assemblywoman Nathalia Fernandez; Samuel Brooks, Mott Haven Historic Districts Association president; Angel Hernandez, Bronx County Historical Society Programs and External Relations director; Brigitte Lozada, Owen Dolen Recreation Center afterschool coordinator; Blanca Garcia, Ensign Engineering manager/project administrator and Kevin Alicea, Bronx Havana Café owner.
