In keeping with tradition, Senator Jeff Klein saluted several local heroes at his eighth annual First Responder Appreciation Barbecue on Saturday, September 8 at SUNY Maritime College. The event honored the many courageous men and women who risk their lives daily to protect our borough’s residents.
