Motorcyclist Killed In Traffic Accident

Police were on the scene investigating the traffic-related death of a 27-year-old motorcyclist.

A motorcyclist lost his life while riding on University Avenue last Saturday afternoon.

According to police, an unidentified 27-year-old motorcyclist T-boned a black Nissan SUV making a U-turn on University Avenue on Saturday, September 30 at 3:30 p.m.

The victim attempted to pass the SUV on the left when he struck it.

Medics rushed him to St. Barnabas Hospital where he died from trauma to his head and body.

The Nissan’s driver was unhurt in the collision and remained at the scene.

No charges were filed following the incident.
