Police from the 43rd Precinct received a call of an abandoned car in the water at Harding Park and Underhill Avenue on Sunday, July 23 at around 3:15 p.m. According to a NYPD spokesman, the 1998 Honda Civic was vouchered by Rotation Tow on Sunday, July 23. Police added the unoccupied car had no license plates, was not reported stolen and was not running when police arrived. The vehicle is being treated as abandoned property. Photo by Edwin Soto
