Assemblyman Victor Pichardo hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a newly renovated building on Tuesday, November 1.

Through the support of Pichardo, new landlord David Kornitzer, tenant leaders, Bronx Legal Services attorneys and Northwest Bronx Community and Clergy Coalition housing organizers, 2205 Davidson Avenue tenants no longer endure deplorable living conditions.
