The third annual Music on the Boulevard Festival was music to Bronxites’ ears on Saturday, September 24 at Southern Boulevard between East 163rd Street and Westchester Avenue. Presented by the Southern Boulevard Business Improvement District and MAS Productions, this year’s celebration focused on back-to-school giveaways and merchant participation. Hundreds of shoppers, residents and their families enjoyed delicious food, raffle prizes, shopping, pina coladas and Coca Cola samplings, live music, face painting and bouncy castles.
