15th Annual Lt. Clesse Run/Walk Honors 9/11 Victims

This year’s Women Under 50 Race winners were first place champion Jaime Schumpf (c), second place victor Erika Garay (l) and third place honoree Toni Knight (r).
Men Under 50 Race winners included first place champion Jose Flores, Jr. (c); second place victor Barion Brooks (r) and third place honoree Joseph Garcia (l).

Men Over 50 first place champion Steve Gugliam (c), second place victor Ramon Perez (l) and third place winner Mickey Boyle (r) were all smiles.
Diane Finch (r) finished the Women’s Over 50 Race with encouragement from her daughter, Emily Henry.
Lieutenant Clesse’s family participated in the annual event honoring their late relative’s service to the community.
Community and law enforcement members honored the memories of 9/11 victims and a late 49th Precinct lieutenant at the 15th annual Lieutenant Thomas
Clesse Memorial 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 10 in Pelham Parkway.
Participants, young and old, ran in the race which began on Eastchester Road continuing on Pelham Parkway to White Plains Road and returned to Pelham Parkway.
