Councilwoman Vanessa Gibson joined members of the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, Department of Consumer Affairs and Spring Bank on Thursday, June 23 in announcing the launch of IDNYC’s first pop-up enrollment center at a Spring Bank located at 69 E. 167th Street. The Spring Bank Bronx pop-up enrollment center is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. starting Thursday, June 23 and lasting until Friday, July 8.
