A successful real estate brokerage firm opened a new location in the Bronx.
Last month, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate-Rand Realty announced the opening of their newest location, at 3432-06 East Tremont Avenue.
The opening of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate-Rand Realty office is their first office to be located within the five boroughs as the brokerage continues to expand.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate-Rand Realty specializes in all types of residential real estate, with brokers who offer expertise and knowledge of local markets.
The brokerage also specializes in commercial real estate, offering professional commercial real estate brokerage through Rand Commercial as well as a full range of home services through Hudson United, an affiliate that provides mortgage brokerage, title and insurance services.
The new office will concentrate and focus on growing market share in the neighborhoods in the east Bronx, such as Throgs Neck, Country Club, Pelham Bay, Morris Park, Pelham Parkway and Indian Village.

The firm currently has 24 offices serving Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam and Dutchess counties in New York, as well as Bergen and Passaic counties in New Jersey.
An official grand opening/ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned to take place at the office sometime in July.
