High school students from all across the five boroughs calculated the importance of mathematics in their daily lives at the Tuesday, April 26 Moody’s Mega Math Workshop. The first of its kind outreach initiative hosted by the Moody Foundation and the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics was held to encourage high schoolers to consider pursuing math and science-related careers which are increasing in demand.
