Catholic school students helped to feed the elderly poor with the Little Sisters of the Poor at Jeanne Jugan Residence this past week. Non-perishable food and personal items were gathered by one high school and nine elementary schools. The donations will be used to provide the residents with warm meals prepared daily. Students from the following Bronx schools assisted in helping the poor this holiday: Our Lady of Grace, Visitation, St. Gabriel, St. Margaret of Crotona, Holy Rosary and Cardinal Spellman High School.
