Wednesday, January 20, 3:30 p.m. -- Police reported an assault on the northbound 5 IRT train near East 160th Street and Prospect Avenue. A 38-year-old man had been sitting on the train with his wife when a ‘person of interest’ and the victim’s wife had a verbal altercation.
