Sunday, December 27, 2015, 5:25 a.m. -- A suspect approached a 45-year-old cab driver and a 45-year-old female passenger as they sat inside a cab on Vyse Avenue. The suspect proceeded to open the driver side door and display a firearm, demanding the victims’ property. The suspect removed cabbie’s Galaxy 4 cell phone as well as approximately $175 in cash. Additionally, the suspect removed passengers purse which contained approximately $995 in cash. The suspect then fled to parts unknown. The suspect is described as a male black, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. Read more…
