The American Cancer Society invited over a thousand Bronxites for its annual Relay for Life on Saturday, May 20 at Dewitt Clinton High School.

During the event, ACS honored Dr. Michael Polcino, St. Barnabas Hospital’s Division of Colorectal Surgery director, for being a strong advocate of cancer screenings and the importance early detection plays on successful treatment of colon and rectal cancer.
