In honor of International Overdose Awareness Day, Senator Jeff Klein and Councilman Rafael Salamanca joined members from NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, NYS Department of Health and Forward South Bronx Coalition to host a free naloxone training on Thursday, August 31 at Urban Health Plan on 1065 Southern Boulevard.
